Morning folks~Had the nicest day yesterday! Today was are going to the beach and then doing some things around the house and relaxing!
GOTD- I find my self repeating things my mom would say a lot lately. I talk to her all the time and seem to know what she would say... it's kinda cool.
AccountabilitY - holy crap on a cracker.... I went off the rails yesterday...chips, popcorn, crackers, pretzels, wine, frozen yogurt. I have never done this and what ****** me off is that none of those things ever made me full or feel like I needed to stop eating. I could have eaten all day and now I really understand what everyone has been saying and totally see the path of regain. Wow. So, it's back to hardcore CAMAW (C for me being only cream and eggs) for the forseable future. It was scary how much I ate...and how much more I could have eaten. I was 550 cals over my target (and I skipped dinner cals too) and the scale showed it too. So not worth it.
8 mo post op- 189 - totally deserved
B- SB skinny quad venti latte w/splenda
L- meatballs

Morning RNY'ers!
I've been on my run. Laundry is folded, only one load left. Haven't done breakfast yet- but am having a food apathy stage- so I may not bother. Today I want to check out a Jamaican Independence Day festival. I love any opportunity to expose my kids to my culture.
Qotd: a motto I find my self saying a lot (usually when I'm contemplating a purchase) is "Earn more or live less." Neither is easy- but I say it to myself to make sure I'm not being frivolous.

I have kind of went crazy buying things in the last few months. Clothes that I really could have done without - of course they were on sale so I talked myself right into buying them. Also I have been re-doing my dining room décor - I need to put the brakes on there too.
edited to fix typo.
