What's on your Menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?
I only bought the one can so it'll likely become part of a Greek yogurt smoothie. I started with chocolate, then did banana and now I'm strictly vanilla as it's the most versatile.
I hated the Strawberry PP and the Chocolate. Banana is my favorite, and I hate bananas! I use the vanilla and caramel in my coffee
I kind of eat the same stuff over and over.
So for the next few days it is going to be chili
and
Mustard Braised Rabbit made in my instant pot. Instead of noodles I will use sauteed spinach for the bed to soak up the sauce.
I am modifying this recipe.

Notably Thumper has a higher protein content and less fat than beef. So I can and do eat Hare. You can get them at Korean grocers.
Looking forward to something different and gourmet later this week.

Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !
I started a new job in April, and my single employee is this amazing young woman who is incredibly competent! She isn't a strict vegetarian but she tends that way and I'm sure I'm a horrible affront to her when I talk about the various animals that make up my diet. I laughed out loud at your post because I love love love rabbit and Julie is very active in a "Rabbit Rescue". This morning she was telling me about a hoarder case in Southern Ohio and all the work her rescue and others are doing to help re-home what are probably agricultural rabbits. I was able to bite my tongue and not say anything about finding some room in my freezer. I do love rabbits as pets too, so I see both sides, but the farmer in me is always lurking behind the pet lover.
Mmmmmm rabbit!

Yep! And if you run out of room in your freezer my sister and I can help her "relocate" her surplus to our freezers!
