I took a roast and seasoned it with things like cumin, garlic, Tony Chachere's spicy seasoning, and some Allegro and slow cooked it all day long... then I actually got lazy and threw it into a food processor and lightly chopped it up so it was pretty shredded. I put it back into the crock pot and started adding more spices (including some Splenda Brown sugar****il I had it tasting kind of like it had BBQ sauce on it, but it didn't.
It's one of my freezer surprises I have right now

Morning all! That stinks about the extra bite, One of the worst feelings and you could kick yourself when you do it.
Sleep eluded me last night, not sure why, although I am wearing heavy-duty hardware. Didn't fall sleep till about 4 AM. Boo.
QOTD: heat socks. Although Will wear a pair of stretched out fuzzy ones in bed of my feet are cold.
Accountability: yesterday went as planned, I did change out my lunch because I ended up going to the beach with my girlfriend who is on vacation. I tried Emipies egg salad concoction with Trader Joe's everything bagel spice added on top because I'm #onsessed. I didn't think I'd like it but I did once it was cold it was good. Still ate at night, but it was what I planned, so consider that a win.
B: latte with fair life/MCT oil/MiraLAX Eggs w/cheese
L: Bacon cheeseburger, green beans
D: grilled chicken on salad, avocado
S: iced coffee with vanilla premiere, eggsalad, protein drink tbd, PB on spoon with pecans

I put the everything bagel spice in Emipie's egg salad last time I made it too and loved it!

Morning! Late morning?mostly home today, piano lessons later...
QOTD- I rarely wear socks. We live in the south and I live in sandals probably 8 months out of the year. I used to always be in bare feet, but last year I had a flare of plantar fascists that I could not get over. This was right around the time of our move. I was trying everything. I finally ordered a big ole ugly pair of crocs and lived in them. I put them on the second I got out of bed and kept them on all day. It immediately helped, and eventually got better.
Accountability- Urg. Yesterday was not great. I did fine until I took my kids bowling late afternoon. I ate on the way because I knew going hungry was to set myself up to fail. But I still picked too much at their food. I had a couple bites of one kid's hotdog, way too many grabs at the huge bowl of popcorn they brought us?and the picking and snacking just continued once home. Sigh.
Food today, 10 months out-
NO GRAZING!
Breakfast- eating now, cheesesteak scrambled eggs (yum-o)
Lunch- spinach salad with bacon and hard boiled egg
Dinner- the grilled chicken gumbo skewers and red rice from Monday that I didn't make. (Edited to say, this is cauliflower rice, not real rice. :) the kids will get rice. Cauli-rice for the Lo carbers.
Hot tea and coffee as needed
