What's on your menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?
Same!i have been buying the fewest pieces I can get away with and now find myself in a situation where I have one pair of dress pants that fit. I have a second pair that are a size 22, and I'm in a 16 now. They are about to fall hahah I keep pushing my luck with them!

Happy Hump Day! I am running out the door today to drive 107 miles to one of my schools, then pop back in the car and drive another 90 to get to the office for a meeting this afternoon. Yay.
QOTD: I am very pro-sock! So comfy! But I don't like them on bare wooden floors because I WILL slip and fall. I didn't used to like socks because they were always too big. Until (as an adult) I discovered that I am actually a kids sized medium since my feet are so small. Hahahaha. Now that they fit right, I love them!
B: Sous Vide Egg Bites & Coffee
S: Greek Yogurt
L: Hillshire Farms Rustic "Small Plates" (basically a meat, cheese & nut package)
S: Oven Baked Cheese Bites
D: ?
It is muggy here today too. Hopefully there won't be too many showers as SIL and I are going to a "Street Fair" (outdoor craft fair).
Accountability: Not so good. Quite a bit of ice cream was consumed.
QOTD: I don't like socks much except when my feet are really cold in winter. In the summer I don't like shoes either (I'm barefoot as much as possible). When I was a kid the soles of my feet were so tough they were like shoe leather. I could walk on rocks without flinching. They aren't that tough now...
15.5 months post-op, in maintenance:
B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese
L: crab cake or tuna tartare (out to lunch at Street Fair)
D: pork tenderloin
S: cheese sticks, yogurt

I am surprised that you can handle ice cream. I am not "dumper" but oh lord, since ice cream goes down quick and has such a high sugar content, I was actually audibly moaning in the car on the way home and so was Grim. We joked that other couples probably feel like this after a hard night of drinking, but it only took a kiddie cone to bring us down... ;) Never again.
I had no where near what I used to (about 1/2 cup of vanilla). I've done it before and feel a little off after so I do stop WAY before I woul have pre-WLS.

Good morning menu folks! It's definitely hot and humid here and I am avoiding outdoor activities when possible.
I had hoped to sneak in a swim yesterday evening, but when I got there, the indoor pool was closed and the outdoor pool was too crowded to enjoy myself, so no pool time. I'm going to try again this evening for a swim and I plan to go to the gym over lunch. I feel so much better when I get in my exercise.
QOTD: I am pretty sock neutral. I wear them every day because I wear shoes that require them, but I take them off and go barefoot as much as possible.
Breakfast: chicken pieces
Snack: Ice Tea protein shake
Lunch: TJ's Balsamic chicken
Snack: turkey breast
Dinner: TJ's chicken sausage, cauliflower
Exercise: 45 minutes on the bike at the gym, swimming

Good morning everyone. First of all, thank you for all the good wishes for my daughter. She's been fine since Monday. We didn't end up going to the dr but definitely will if anything like that happens again.
I'm on vacation as of today!! Very excited. We have our last church convention. It's 3 hours away and very close to Erin (insertfitness) actually but I don't think it will work for us to meet up unfortunately. I think Daisy and l are planning a road trip though! I had to do some more shopping as well because my clothes are once again too big. The other day I tried on a skirt my mom gave me a few months ago right after surgery. It is a size 12 and I was sure it wouldn't fit until the fall. Well it fit! I'm still wearing mostly 14s and 16s (not too many 16s) so this skirt is a bigger make. In any case I wanted to walk around with the tag hanging out.
QOTD: I love sandals. As soon as it's warm enough I switch out from shoes and basically live in my sandals all summer. I'm kind of ambivalent about socks. I wear them when I need them and otherwise I don't think about it.
Menu:
B: protein shake
L: leftover rotisserie chicken
D: we will be travelling so probably a grilled chicken breast and side garden salad from McDonalds.
Weight- after hitting 197 the other day, I went back up to 199.5 one day and was a little concerned. Fortunately I never went back over 200!! Today is my 6 month surgiversary and I'm at 197.3. So my total loss is 97 lbs and 84 since surgery. I'm pretty happy about that. I feel great and there are so many NSVs - I love it. On another note, my daughter has lost about 32 lbs so I am super proud of her.
Have a wonderful day everyone! I may not post much over the next 4 days but will try to do a before and after (during) on Friday!

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.
77 lbs lost and counting!
Losing the regain! I got this!
Happy 6 month Surgiversary!!!! You are doing a fabulous job!
Have a great vacation too!
