Question: When was your first stall? - Cross-post
good advice, but its so tempting

Surgery Jun.2/17 at TWH ----- HW 215 - SW 197.2 - GW 125 CW 124.6
Pre-Op=8.8lbs --- Optifast= 8.4 (was on it for 9 days due to cancellation)
M1 - 20.6... M2 -10.2... M3 -8.0... M4 -5.8... M5 -9.0... M6 -5.2... M7 -7.0... M8 -2.2... M9 -0.9... M10 -2.6... M11-0.6... M12-2.0
I weigh daily and it does frustrate me to no end sometimes. But overall I think it keeps me on track. In the past when I've gained, I also stopped daily weighing. We all have to do what works for us when it comes to the scale.

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.
77 lbs lost and counting!
Losing the regain! I got this!
I definitely find it keeps me on track.

I stalled for weeks 2,3 and 4. It sucked! I wish I hadn't worried so much. Your body has been though so much, relax and do what you are supposed to do. Believe me it will come off.

I stalled one week after surgery and it lasted 3 1/2 weeks. Freaked me out at the time, but I think it helped me mentally deal with future stalls. And as long as you stay focused and do the right thing they're just blips on the screen of life.

If you do a search on "stall" you will see a ton of threads on this very topic. One of them was my own! It really helped me during one of my stalls to look back and see how common it is. Enjoy your reading!
