What's on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
QOTD I used to be when I worked as a respiratory tech but that was years ago. Cloudy day here in Illinois but Lily and I have our 3.2 miles in already and will do another one mile after dinner. Post op 4 years 10 months and weight at 118 today. Here's the food plan for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz ground beef 1/2 c cauliflower D 31/2 oz baked fish 1/2 c green beans S carb master yogurt and 4 BBQ pork rinds. Hi all! Unmotivated would describe me today. I'd rather just go home and veg in bed.
Accountability: Handfuls of cereal was my nemesis last night. Not bad considering there is pie, cinnamon rolls and chocolate snack cakes in the house. Carbs were ok I guess- handfuls of dry cereal is tough to measure ::sigh::
QOTD: Nope. never taken a CPR/First aid course. We were promised to be offered the class, but it never came about. I work with 1st responsders, so I'm in good hands if something were to happen.
I have to go to a deposition today, ALL day. Ugg, so my menu is super light since I don't know what I'll be able to eat/if they'll offer lunch.

QOTD: Took a First Aid class many years ago but have never been CPR certified. I should learn it.
Accountability: I got a free cream cheese pastry for my Birthday from Panera and I splurged and ate it. 400 calories! YIKES! That pushed my totals up for yesterday! Protein - 55, Calories - 1,390, Carbs- 144.
Today:
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks
L: Birdseye Voila cheesy chicken
D: 1/2 Panera green goddess salad
S: light & fit Greek yogurt
Exercise: Walking Blossom around the subdivision

Morning DD2! It can't be Thursday. It can't. This is the weirdest week ever.
QOTD: I'm not currently CPR certified, but 10 years or so ago I had to do CPR on my dad 2 separate times. Talk about scary. His heart wasn't beating at all, and mine was beating three times as fast.
