The first few days back I did ok during the day and literally crash when I got home. I felt like I was run over by a truck by 6pm. Be prepared to rest tonight so you can get up and do it again tomorrow.

Compression garments and pee is no fun. Good luck!

Good morning! I don't have much planned for the day-just hanging out with Em.

QOTD: yup 226-2375 and our neughbors (basically grandparents) 227-7156. Wish I could use the part of my brain that has those numbers stored for something more fun.

Menu: B: latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausage links and 1/2 an orange L: albacore tuna lettuce wraps and carrots S: latte, yogurt, granola and meat pack D: egg salad made with cottage cheese, 1/2 low carb pita and SF pudding

E: hour of stairclimber and 45 mins slow walk on treadmill

W/V on track

I made the egg salad with cottage cheese yesterday for the first time. Love it!

I have a half dozen eggs and a couple of cartons of cottage cheese in my fridge right now - so maybe I'll make that as well! Do you mix it half & half? Then add some pickles or whatever?

Yup, just as Liz said! If hubby has any cooked bacon in the fridge I crumble a little of that in there.
