I had to throw out a practically full tray of macaroni sale and 1/2 tray of potato salad last week. I think my soul cried a little on the inside.

As my old WW leader used to say-- 'I've never seen a trash can sign up for WW' better there than on your hips.

I threw out a huge potato salad (couldn't freeze it) and a whole bunch of practice cakes. So I understand your pain!!

I like that comment, I think it will stick with me -- just like those creepy calories ;)

Good Sunday morning all! Great pics Erin! Yesterday, BF and I had so much fun with my sister and BIL on their boat. I posted a couple pics below. It was a beautiful day and so relaxing, ahhhh! Today we are taking the pups to the park for a good long walk, going to the gym to swim, then off to visit my dad. Grocery shopping and BBQing later. This was going to be a beach day, but I that will be tomorrow instead.

Accountability - I stuck to my plan but added a 1/2 glass of white wine and one french fry made its way to my mouth, sneaky little sucker!

QOTD= I can't do everything in moderation, certain food send me to another world and before you know it I've eaten the whole bag, box or container... Mexican food, Tortilla chips, doritoes, potato chips, cheezits, wheat thins and ice cream are mine..now I'm pretty strict and do best on a predictable schedule with a plan.

l-beef jerky/meat stick

Good Morning Menu Friends,

MIA the past few days (I really missed reading everyone's menu & comments) doing last minute stuff for my cruise today.

QOTD- my triggers are nuts & skinny popcorn. I can eat the entire jar or bag if left alone. The popcorn not so much now with the RNY because the carbs make me ill.

Only got 2 meals planned but the rest will be protein forward. And yes, I will enjoy a few desserts while on the cruise. Got my food scale packed along with my vanilla protein shakes that I use as creamer for my coffee & tea.

M1: Chai with vanilla protein shake

M2: Hamburger patty w/strawberry greek yogurt

V: Yes

F: Yes

E: Walking around the ship

Have a great day everyone!

You look stunning!

QOTD: Triggers are real but after 1.5 years at goal I dip a toe in the water to have bites of real foods. I can eat a few french fries, a piece of chocolate or a roll without going over the edge. I haven't binged on anything yet. I truly think that if someone gave me a sugar free dessert though, I'd not stop myself.

I'm in the waiting area to get my updo and make up for the wedding tonight. I'm so excited!

I had a 1/2 leftover burger for breakfast. No idea what I'll be having for the rest of the day!

Hello,

QOTD triggers foods like candy, desserts if bought in big packages. I do okay with single serve size.

Accountability I had a protein shake before i left for the casino. At the casino i had one alcoholic drink since it was free, mostly decaf coffee. When I got home i had my greek yogurt, meat sticks and watermelon.

B spinach, orange pepper, ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L subway club on flatbread with lots of veggies and baked potato chips

D not sure

S Greek yogurt, meat sticks and watermelon

Have a good day

HI Everyone!

I have gotten off track the last couple of weeks. I am back and think it is wise to stay close to ya all. I scared myself! Although this did not stop me from wolfing down that 3rd sf jello while I typed this. I had to rewrite my new 3 total down.

coffee mixed with Protein powder

tuna fish creations hickory smoked

coconut creme yogurt

3 sf jellos

3 oz of ham

again 3 oz of ham

pork rinds

an ocean of water. I love water! :LOL!

protein 85 calories

calories 905 (Good thing I am in maintenance mode or I would be really mad at myself about right now.)

sugar 9 grams (shake and yogurt)

carbs 23 ( shake and yogurt)

I know that I need to wean off the shakes but I love them for breakfast. Also the yogurt probably is not my best friend but I usually buy 5 at a time once or twice a month and only let myself have 1 a day. They are so good and have such awesome flavors. I like the Oikos triple 0. And the elephant in the room - the pork rinds-LOL

water 120oz +

there are some other folks on here who have a protein shake for breakfast (even though far out from surgery) because they either 1) like them or 2) can't tolerate solid food early in the morning. I don't really see anything wrong with that.
