Hi Everyone, Just had my RNY on monday and its hard to eat...
Thank you Kathy... this too shall pass because no weapon forged against me shall prosper...

First I have to say you are a beautiful young lady and I wish you love and happiness in your future.
I had my surgery on June 21, 2017 and I'm still getting use to the diet what they tell you to eat and drink I can't drink 64oz of fluids a day I tried and got sick it dropped my sugar to 50 still working on that I do walk walk I take my time my surgeon wants me to walk a mile or two a day Can't do it. I walk 30 min. a day 15 in the morning and 15 at night, I have rods in my back and it's hard to walk long because I'll have to use my walker and I'm trying to break away from using it. I have lost 23 lbs since surgery I want to lose 10 by the end of the month before I see my family Dr. but I'm taking it one day at a time. I can't stand the shakes, pudding, I can live with jello and other things, what makes it hard for me is I don't have a thyroid, and I have to cook for my Mom.
