That is awesome! I primarily have it on my scalp and in my ears (which means they itch SOOOOO bad sometimes) and then weirdly just one elbow. Over the years I've had small patches come and go, usually dime sized to quarter sized and they eventually just go away. During the winter i used to have them show up in my eyebrows but it's been years and years since that happened, and I also don't live in an area where we have such harsh winters anymore. Using coal tar shampoo definitely helps with the scalp, but I had absolutely no idea that there was an arthritic component to it until my dermatologist mentioned it a couple weeks ago when we were discussing it.

Sorry to hear that the MRI showed bad news but it is good that you know the cause and once you're ready you can treat it. Stay healthy-drink lots of water!!

Good morning. Yesterday went great until dinner when I got sick from eating too fast and threw up all my chicken. My stomach was too nauseas to make up the protein so I was under.

Today:

B- Dannon light and fit greek yogurt

L: 2oz deli ham and 3 slices of cheddar

D: parmesan topped chicken and 1/2 baked potato (I know. But you'll have to pry potatoes out of my cold dead hands)

I'm short on protein so I will either have a shake or some pepperoni for a snack later.

Totals: 564cals, 36carbs, 44protein (not including snack)

Morning everyone!

Daisy, have fun schmoozing with the Big Bucks tonight!!! Those kinds of functions are so hard to be good at, but I bet there will be some good choices you can partake in!

Accountability... so I didn't want the beef stew leftovers in the freezer yesterday at lunch, so I ended up with a Thai chicken 1/2 salad from Panerra... I did pick MOST of the fried wonton out of it, along with a huge portion of the lettuce, so not bad... BUT... because we're leaving on Saturday for vacation, my fridge is about empty, and my willingness to cook was even emptier ... the popular vote in the house won, and we got Popeyes (I rarely eat fast food, but there I was...) So I had a thigh and part of a wing... and red beans with NO rice (I always order it sans the rice), no biscuit either... but I DID eat the skin/crunchies off the thigh and the wing is near impossible to get the crust off (Nor did I want to at that point). It wasn't healthy, it wasn't pretty, but dang it, it tasted good! Oh, and 1 Russell Stovers sugar free dark chocolate turtle to go with my latte last night

So I tried to add in my changes to MFP, but I'm going to be honest with you guys... there are so many different numbers for things on there, I get frustrated with it. When I looked up the red beans, no rice on MFP I got a number of 265, yet when I look on their website they do not differentiate with or without the rice and the calorie count for both/ small order is 230... sigh. So anyway, I left it at 265 because I can't figure out how to delete something... then the RS SF caramel candies on MFP? There are like 5 entries, ALL with different calories. WTF? (I know what they are, but to see so many idiots that add in the wrong numbers on there makes me irritated. Please use this as a PSA to know your numbers before relying on MFP all the time!)

So if I take the worst case scenario (counting the whole salad too, which I didn't eat), it comes up to 1207 calories... It says 75g of protein and 45g of carbs. I don't trust those numbers, but I know they're not good no matter...

Weight this morning 138.4, 12 months out, and counting!

B: I did bring the last two chicken fried rice (cauli)

L: That chicken fried rice as seen above

D: Here we go again folks... running errands all night and won't be home... will be eating out AGAIN

S: I did manage to throw 1 ounce of beef jerky into my purse this morning!

No idea if the latte will make it tonight, as we're back at the aunt's house tonight cleaning it out and getting it ready for rental.

TWO MORE WAKE UPS TILL WE ARE LEAVING ON A JET PLANE FOR CANCUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm OK. No beating myself up. As far as Popeyes, I honestly did a great job there considering my options!

I can't wait to take the pictures on my trip!!! Hahaha!

I was having the same issue with MVP. I've been looking my nutrient counts up online to check for accuracy or scanning that package if I have it. It's a pain in the arse!!!
