What's on your Menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
How cool that you got to teach the same group for 3 years, and now they are all grown up and graduating!!! Have a great time!
Those potato chips are evil! The guy at Panerra yesterday looked at me like I was ill when I refused the bread/chips/ and even the apple he was trying to push on me! LOL I would have eaten any of them had he thrown them in the bad, so I'm happy he obliged me. I totally get it.
Happy Retirement Mom!!!

Good morning everyone!
I've been trying to squeeze more time in for OH, definitely a challenge but absolutely necessary. Not that I'm having any specific issues, just the fear of losing touch and the long term repercussions of taking my eye off the ball. Life has been an unexpected level of chaotic and I've done well at staying on plan so far.... up at 4:30 means I'm passing out early in the evening which helps me avoid the late night snacking (historically a big problem for me).
6+ months post op
B- coffee w/ premier chocolate
L- chicken breast and goat cheese
D- pork tenderloin, tomato, cucumber and feta salad
S- remaining premier in coffees, dill pickles... suddenly I'm all about pickles...??
Have a great day guys!

I don't have rny but I like reading all the what did you eat today threads. For your breakfast, do you add powder to coffee or the shake?
Still on vacation - I did okay for early meals yesterday (I usually do), but then there was wine and desserts. Calories higher than usual but I'm ok with it since I am on vacation. Today should go better as we are not going out to dinner for once.
B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese
L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese
D: toppings on Hawaiian pizza
S: nut thins and hummus; protein bar
