Late post, I had some errands to do so I'm just getting on.
Accountability only thing I added was 10 oz of protein shake last night. Calories 1189 carbs 46 protein 148
B bacon and sausage egg muffins and string cheese
L tuna and cottage cheese
D cheesy chicken chili
S finish the protein shake from my coffee as creamer, Greek yogurt and cutie orange

Accountability: I stayed on plan yesterday and today.
B: 2eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese
L: 3oz turkey breast
S: 1 1/2 oz turkey breast, 1/2oz prosciutto di parma
D: 3 1/2 oz pork loin, 2 fork fuls broccoli
S: osrtrim meat stick
I didn't my MFP yet but totals are the same as yesterday
