Hi everyone, how are you? I am good, tired but good. So this evening at my work we are having a huge celebration event for the staff to recognize "Excellence," so I will be schmoozing with lots of VPs and millionaires who have donated to our hospital/program, I should see if one of then wants to donate to the "Daisy" fund . Its catered and you know what the means, yummy delicious CARBS. Say a prayer for me to be strong LOL LOL
Accountability: I did fantastic ALL DAY until friggin 9pm! I even looked at the clock on the microwave as I was back in the kitchen looking for food. I realized I just need to go to bed or make a decaf coffee or something. I mean I am not "hungry" its just stress/boredom/head hunger! UGH So I found myself in the Cinnamon Somersaults again, my own fault and no one to blame but myself for not being more mindful. I did change dinner from meat & cheese roll ups to pork back ribs & ate the somersaults so MPF stats before the change: 1031 calories, 140 protein, 41 carbs, MFP stats after the change: 1158 calories, 131 protein, 71 carbs. Daisy GET. A. GRIP!!!
3.7 yrs post op RNY - maintenance food
B: decaf with 2 vanilla PP
L: tuna/bell pepper/balsamic
S: 2 babybel - although I rarely eat these, I need to change, I want bacon but my gallbladder doesn't!!
D: skipping formal dinner will be at the staff event so when I get home around 9pm will have some deli meat & cheese roll ups, that is what I put in MFP
S: skyr yogurt/fresh raspberries/bran buds
TOTALS: 1010 calories, 139 protein, 34 carbs
V: patches are on
L: 120 oz are my usual (lots of decaf & lots of water with diet cranberry juice mixed in)
E: none, if I am not home too late, walk the dogs around the subdivision
I. WILL. NOT. EAT. CARBS. TODAY!!!!! Repeat it with me friends!!
Have an awesome day, be fabulous

Good morning :)
A lot on the go today, so I'm up a lot earlier than usual. I also couldn't sleep for trying to think of everything that needs to be done. Off to drop the dogs at the vet/groomers, then to get my nails done (I feel weird saying that because I never do my nails), then a ton of house stuff, and maybe having my parents and grandparents for dinner (TBD).
Accountability: yesterday was okay but I got into the peanut butter again. Last night we ended up going out for dinner with my parents and grandparents and I had two ribs and part of a piece of chicken. I gave my sides away.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - turkey pepperettes
Lunch - chicken
Snack - kielbasa and cheese
Dinner - pork chops
Snack - protein shake
All water and vits.
Morning everyone!
Yesterday's plan was fine. Ended up having pork tenderloin instead of chicken. Also, traffic was a nightmare, and I found sunflower seeds in the car...
yesterday's stats
Calories 626, carbs 23, protein 85
todays menu:
B: premiere protein
L: 3oz chicken sate with 1T of peanut sauce
D: leftover pork tenderloin
S: skyr with berries
where I need to be accountable: exercise. I barely do any since I started working. I'm actually going to put the old Fitbit on today and see what A day looks like. I never got into wearing it, Im really not motivated by it. But I also wasn't working then, and was active... so maybe this will change things up.
have a good day everyone!

If you would find it motivating you could add me to your friends on fitbit (anyone who has a fitbit can feel free to add me). I think you have to search by email which is [email protected].
Ooh will do!

I use a Fit2 Samsung watch, which like the fancy fitbits will display my work calendar, text messages, alerts, plus all the typical health stuff. I really find it, if not motivating, a great source of TRUTH. The practical calendar and ability to see texts makes it useful enough that I'll wear it every day.

I'm thinking of looking at the wrist kind. Mine clips to m bras. I never wear watches or anything on my wrist, so I'm not sure I'd get used to it...

Mornin' Kids! I am off from work today...yay!
I think it is gong to be an AMAZING day. I taught the same class of kiddos from 1st - 3rd grade and they are graduating today!!!! OMG! I get to go to their graduation and see them off to their next adventures this morning. You cannot even imagine what a tough group of kids these were... I am a proud mama-bear.
Then, I am heading out to meet my mom for lunch. Today is her "retirement-eve". I rented out a marquee from the local movie house to wish her a happy retirement, so we will go and take her picture there :)
All this fun means I have no idea what my menu is going to be, but I can at least tell you about yesterday... Accountability: I was soooooo busy that I never ate my 2 snacks (which totaled 6 oz of chicken). And I was good when we went out to dinner and said no French Fries, but she put potato chips on my plate. And I ate them. Must focus today. I am still 117lbs today but I feel "fluffy".
