What's on your menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?
1 jar of regular. 1 jar of sour. 3 bags of extra's. Yeah. I'm slowly dying. I have ALWAYS loved them, and surgery did not cure that. Those and twizzlers.
So far I've had none. Now, I may have had to change my route to the washroom but thus far I am ju jube free.
It's been 2 hours....I can do it. :)

LOL: I was never much of a candy eater, BUT DONUTS! I'd buy a box, eat until I didn't feel good, hide them and repeat later.

Have to head out at 9 to get ready for senior meals. Today were making pork chops, stuffing, green beans and apple dump cake. Here's my food for the day B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L tuna salad packet D 1/2 c taco meat with lettuce, sour cream and salsa to total 1 c S small apple with peanut butter. Have a great day everyone and make some smart and conscious choices that move you one step closer to your goals!

Good morning :)
I was supposed to go to soccer tonight but my doctor wants me to take two weeks off to try and fix up my knee. A lot of errands and chores today. Last night we ended up cutting the grass after dinner when it finally cooled down a bit. I have to pick up a few groceries and things for the weekend.
Accountability: I'm a little annoyed at myself because I ate two small scoops of peanut butter yesterday. Only two more days to go and then I'm going to let myself have some treats Saturday and Sunday. I'm thinking I might try to go back to this plan next week to see if I can keep this momentum.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - cheeseburger
Lunch - pork chops
Snack - kielbasa and cheese
Dinner - pork chops
Snack - protein shake
All water and vits.
Sorry work is tough. I just found out I have yet another new boss and have to call in for meetings on Friday and Monday (from Aruba). I can't wait to retire at the end of the year - I think I'm telling them when I come back.
Accountability: I had a "?" for dinner yesterday (vacation), so I was okay with the first pizza in 1.5 years (Hawaiian), and I only ate the toppings. It was great! BUT I did eat a whole lot of almonds that I hadn't planned on. Those things are just addictive!
B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese
L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese
D: ?
S: cheesesticks, protein bar

Your lunch sounds good! I think I need that in my life! There's a recipe on FB going around with pickles stuffed with tuna salad, and they look so good!
