Scale Frustration
I gained 2 lbs at one point very early on too and I vowed not to get back on the scales for a week. Those 2 lbs plus another 2 were gone! Don't fret, just pick a day or two out of the week and try not to step on them too often. At this point, each month you are going to lose quite a bit of weight, bu****ching the scale can make you crazy. I still stall, but it always catches up eventually. Good luck!
