NSV... Denial?
YES! I totally get this. The other day my mom and I went out to lunch and I cringed when the waitress started to take us to a table in a crowded corner because I knew I'd have to squeeze by and bonk people to get there.
And then I didn't. Because I'm almost half the size I used to be.
What a mindfuck, eh?

Booths, chairs... all panic inducing... chairs with arms?? Instant dread...
Simply taking up less space in the world is such an amazing feeling but it does take a lot of adjusting to doesn't it? In the car the other day I glanced down and thought I got something on my pants, nope, the different colour I saw was the seat. I could see the seat I was sitting in.
Congratulations on having extra room in that seat and for all the work you put into making it!
