I met my husband online 11 years ago, and our first date was at a pub, which I tried to cancel because I couldn't find my debit card hahaha That really should have been a red flag for him about my personality!
I've gone through countless debit and credit cards since then...
Menu
B: premiere protein shake
L: Thai tuna with 1 oz cream cheese
D: 2.5oz shredded pork with a 1/3 cup coleslaw
S: skyr with vanilla
S: 1 oz cheddar cheese with a couple of slices of peppers
Stats : 734 calories, 80 protein, 24 carbs
this is more dairy heavy than I'd like. Need to get a bit more creative/organized...

Congrats on the awesome review and having such an awesome supportive Boss! Guess it makes the commute worthwhile!
QOTD: Met hubby through a mutual friend Eric, we hung out as a large group of friends for quite some time going roller blading and going out for breakfasts together. Our first one on one date was to a NBA Toronto Raptors basketball game. We had the best time ever! It was Feb 14, and we consider that our "anniversary" date. I was already head over heels in love with hubby by then (feeling was mutual) so we moved in together shortly after and 17 awesome years later here we are!
3 yrs + 4.5 months post op / 127.8 lbs today / maintenance food
Didn't go grocery shopping last night so today's food at work is going to be bought, I don't like this and I feel out of control when I don't pack my breakfast & lunch & snacks
B: 1/2 toasted sesame bagel with egg & cheese
L: 1/2 tandoori chicken wrap (4oz)
S: 2 babybel swiss
D: 4oz Pineapple chicken stir fry with red peppers & onions. Hubby will get rice, I just eat the chicken no rice
S: 4 slices of bacon
1 Vanilla Premier Protein used as creamer in my coffee all day, use about 2 tbsp at a time
Totals: 853 calories, 87 protein, 41 carbs (ugh damn carbs!!!)
V: patches are on (Multi, B12, Iron, Vit D & Calcium)
L: 1st coffee with miralax done, coffee all day & water with diet cranberry juice splashed in
E: walk at lunch, hiking the dogs after work (10k for the day)

Me either. I don't think I've eaten a whole bagel in over 8 years, but for some reason the idea of a warm bagel with butter was high on my cravings list yesterday.
