Good Morning GrimBerry and Menu Family! Happy Friday!

I think you have all seen this picture before, but it's the most recent, (last November), when I was feeling confident and happy because I had just fit into the same size jeans and my daughter's.

And I decided to add this picture (below) of the happiest day of my life, the day I gave birth to my daughter, Saralisa! (I wasn't M.O. until a few years after she was born).

S: light n fit Greek yogurt

S: roast beef roll-ups with cream cheese

Exercise: Walking the dogs around the subdivision
