Slowly works just fine, the point is it's happening! Us bigger folks aren't generally known for our speed anyway. Lol

I have noticed myself put them up a couple times now but the hardest area for me to fit into pants is my calf. Yep. Pant manufacturers don't believe that my legs and my waist should coexist so pants remain a challenge. They are actually becoming more challenging because of how different the percentage of loss has been between my top and bottom.

I've been busy at work, so I've mostly been lurking, but I'm going to post today, damnit!

I'm SO READY for the weekend!!! We leave Friday around noon for Austin!! Hubs has some business down there on Mon-Tues, so we decided to make it a long weekend getaway/belated anniversary celebration! There may be an OH meet up if all goes well! I'm super excited about that! Elizabeth, I hope you're feeling better today, and all weekend!

QOTD: Hide and Seek... used to love playing that. In elementary, before we moved from PA, my little school had these monkey bar rings... I LOVED them... we also had a concrete maze, and while it was probably intended to be walked THROUGH, we all walked ON and jumped from wall to wall... Loved that too.

Still holding oh so tightly to this weight... 149.0. Yes, I know what I need to do (lower calories, AMAW week), so I think when we get back from Austin, it's going to get super real for me. I feel great, and I look good I think, but I don't ever want to be any heavier... gotta knock off a few more pounds to have a little bounce back!

B: Sous Vide egg cup- homemade. 1 egg 1 piece of bacon, aged cheddar

L: Leftover surprise bowl, probably country style ribs

D: Making marinated chicken breasts in the sous vide and sauteed pork chops in the IP... stocking up on cooked food for the kids/mom-in-law while we're gone.

S: My decaf lattes/coffees...

Exercise has also been scarce lately... need to get back to that!

I feel for you. Our winters aren't even that cold

QOTD: No we didn't have any spinning metal things on our playground but a couple of my favorites were dodgeball but we called it "every man for himself" because there were no teams (unless there were secret alliances), monkey bar wars, king of the hill (on balance beams that gradually got higher) and of course red rover.

Menu: Coffee, lean ground sirloin on some greens, chicken salad on 34° crackers, baked chicken

Sleeved 8/1/16

HW 285 / SW 276 / GW 160
