What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
A big part of what is driving you crazy is that you seem to be mystified about your weight gain. It is really, really easy to get rid of that mystery.
Start using Myfitnesspal. Get a 12 dollar kitchen scale. Start weighing and logging every single bite you eat.
Facts can set us free from worry. Once you know precisely how much you are eating, you will know what you need to cut, or increase, in order to lose. Without exact information, you are just stumbling around in the dark.
You can do this.

Hello Everyone!
QOTD: The only thing I had on my bucket list before surgery was to be healthier and get rid of the band and the horrible reflux that went along with it. At 55 I was beginning to feel like I was in my 70's with constant aches and pains and because of arthritis in my foot, walking was getting extremely difficult. I can get around so much better now and feel so good I actually am just beginning to think of all the doors that may open up for me with activities I never even thought of, so my list is ever evolving. Things that have already been realized about my health are that I no longer struggle walking and can easily run up stairs and down. I no longer have reflux, restless leg syndrome or rosacea and my blood pressure is down. Couldn't be happier.

Good morning, everyone! Happy Monday! I had the hardest time getting started today. For some reason I've been so tired lately.. Hopefully it's not related to any deficiencies - doing follow up labs early April so we'll see then.
QOTD: sooo many things! Hiking more is at the top of the list. Probably one of the biggest ones is to do this really amazing 2-3 day hike here that you pack in and out for over nights and whatnot. I've wanted to do it for years but my body couldn't handle it right now. Someday soon though! :) I'd also like to run a race but I think I'm going to try to do that even before I get to goal.. again, we'll see haha.

Have a great day, friends!
