On track
Greetings all, just a little update FYI from my world
Feb 27th was my surgery date, sw 316 (down 10 thanks to the week of Optifast). I dropped another 12-13 lbs in the first week or so, and then switched to phase 2 full fluids. I went through about a 6 day stall starting on day 9, and I thought I was losing my mind for a sec because I never heard of a stall coming that early. I certainly wasn't about to panic, and I kept reading up on it. We all stall at different stages, and I fully expect it to happen many times. I just stuck to the "sample menus" from Guelph, and this morning I hit 300 lbs, which means things are moving again. More important than the scale, my clothes that I have worn since the 360's "decade" are hanging on me like a bloody tent now. That's exciting.
I'm looking forward to the first NSV. On Saturday, March 25, my wife and I are hitting up local thrift stores for me to find some new clothes for work. I return on March 27 (and I actually can't wait to be there, mostly because at home I'm bored out of my skull). I'm not looking forward to the "judgy" folks there, but I'm ready to handle their narrow-brain outlook on life. The more I read, the more I'm ready to get on with things.
This forum has been great to cruise around and garner info, thanks group! 80 more lbs to goal.
Congrats! Good luck returning back to work. :)

You may change your mind about buying clothes once you lose a few more pounds. It really does become so much nicer!

Congratulations! You will be losing weight quickly. When I first had the surgery, I would buy a few items that fit, and a couple of pants that I could not zip, but I could get them up my legs. The shirts I just bought snug.
