Good Morning! I hope everyone has had a great weekend so far.
Great QOTD: I love different genres of music, but what gets me moving is loud and hard music. When I am working out, cleaning house or just needing something to get me motivated, I listen to FFDP, Volbeat, Slipknot, Seether, Shinedown, Disturbed.
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: Turkey and Swiss roll up with mustard.
Dinner: Chicken in the crockpot, I haven't decided how yet.
Snacks: Greek Yogurt and Babybel cheese.
Water: On track (I am getting about 4.5-5 liters in daily now)
Vitamins: On track.

It's supposed to be 72 degrees today so I can't wait to take my dogs for a walk on this nice Spring day!
QOTD: My exercise is walking my dogs and I don't listen to music when I walk. I listen to the sounds of nature, the mourning doves and other birds, etc. The music I love is very old because I'm a dinosaur. Neil Diamond, Harry Chapin, Cat Stevens, Meatloaf, etc.

D: hot dog with cheese
S: Light n Fit Greek yogurt
S: roast beef roll-ups with cream cheese
Exercise: Walking the dogs around our subdivision

the temperature is supposed to be heading up today - YAY! Heading for North Carolina tomorrow where it should be even warmer!
haircut today. I'm kind of wanting to do something different. I haven't done short hair in years because with my former body, I would have looked like a pin head. But now I think my head looks huge - and my face is really angular rather than round - and my hair just sort of hangs there, limp and flat. Might be time for a change....

B: Greek yogurt with 1 T Kashi Crunch granola
S: coffee with half & half, SF protein/fiber mocha latte
L: going to brunch with friends - think I'll just drink coffee there and maybe take an egg/cheese sandwich to go, since I'll go directly to the hair place after that
D: pork chop, cole slaw made with miso-sesame dressing
ex: if I have time, I'll go to yoga. I've got a lot of stuff to do - plus pack for my trip - today, though. Like make meals for my husband for the week - he can barely manage boiling water...
Good morning-
Day 7 of pre-op diet. I'm half way there once I get through today.
QOTD - I'm all about the 80's hair bands too if I am listening to music, but usually I watch TV while walking on the treadmill.
My menu today will be exactly the same as yesterday's..too tired to type it all out, heading to bed now. I have one more night shift then two days off.
