Good...well, it's afternoon now!!!!  I've been busy all day today, and it's starting to kick my rear!  It's supposed to be a pretty day here...lower 70's, but the wind is supposed to pick up later today.

QOTD:  When I was younger, I wanted to be an Ag Teacher/FFA Advisor and a paramedic.  I was in school for both, double major, full time job, full time boyfriend, etc.  I worked as a medic for a while and in our local hospital in the ER.  I loved that, but they did away with the daytime position not long after I took my first maternity leave.  Alas, love got in the way of my career dreams, and I'm not the type of person to dwell on the, "what could have been?" so I am happy where I am at.  I was a stay-at-home mom for a long time, but my current job just kinda fell into my lap five years ago, and I love my job (at least that's what I tell myself!!!)  My dream job would makeup artist.

Weight: 189 (coming closer to that 100 lost!)

B: Cottage Cheese, Green Grapes

S: Jalapeno almonds, Turkey, American Cheese

L: Grilled chicken, light mayo, lettuce, tomato on half a Flat Out

S: Black Angus Vidalia Onion Beef Patty (half), A.1. sauce

D: Taco meat, lettuce, tomato, salsa

S: Probably not.

V/L: On Track!  I'm doing better at this.  Set alarms on my phone to get into the habit of doing this!!!!

E: Walk with the hubby tonight.  He's doing pretty good at motivating me!  He's lost 35 lbs, too.  I'm pretty proud of him.

BTW, Today is my first day of the "full dose" of Chantix.  It's been tough, but it's getting better.  No terrorizing dreams, they're just colorful dreams right now.  I've been doing better at getting more sleep, too.  I think it's starting to help!

QOTD: I am a Medical Assistant and of all the jobs I've had it's the closest to my sweet spot. I am hoping to go to school and get my Masters as a PA or FNP. 

It's a weird week - I was slated to return to work a week from today but had a glitch with work and was pushed out another week. I'm dropping off the Girl Scout Cookies my coworkers have ordered tomorrow and having my botox appt for migraines - it'll be a good day I expect :D 

 

B - fairlife skim milk and scoop unjury chocolate

S - first half of cup of pudding with fair life milk and scoop unflavored protein

L - refried beans with cheese and small bit of salsa

S - other half of pudding

D - tuna and light miracle whip

S - light and fit yogurt if I need more protein.
