Anyone have trouble losing on the pre-op liquid diet?
6 days, or even 2 weeks, is just a blip. Weight loss is uneven. All you can do is follow the plan, 100 percent. If you do, it will happen over time.

Hello
I lost 16 lbs in the (3) weeks that I was on the liquid Opti Fast.
I did not do the broth or jello. (4) shakes a day & (3) litres of water.
I am sure that your weight come down. Perhaps you are retaining fluid...
I have found the this journey creates a bit of an obsession with weight and weighing yourself.
I have decided to not get too caught up in the number and more about how you look and feel....
Good luck!
Sandra.

IN THE END WE ONLY REGRET CHANCES WE DIDN'T TAKE.
All you can do is keep doing what you are supposed to do. You may find you get on the scale one day and you are down 5lbs. I would write everything you are eating and doing and what time down, so you have a diary to show your compliance.
If you are really concerned I would call the office and talk to a nutritionist or nurse and see if there is anything you should change up.
