What's on your menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?
There is a Scheels store in Springfield IL that has a restaurant. They serve bison meatballs and a Philly cheese steak sandwich that is made with elk meat. It is an outdoor store much like Cabelas or Gander Mountain. We ended up not having time to eat there so instead we ate later at Cracker Barrel and I had lemon pepper grilled trout with green beans and baked sweet potato and brought enough home for another meal and a half.

I'm thinking of you and your students today. I hope that they can have some comfort soon.

Good morning, menu crew. It's been crazy hectic around here for the past....well since August, I guess. Temps today are supposed to be in the 70's, and it is very sunny outside. Was a little chilly this morning, but nothing too brisk.
So, some of you may remember that my MIL bought me some pants...they're not brand new, but new enough looking, and they didn't fit me. They're size 16 petite!!!! I had decided that I would never wear them, but I stuck them in the closet anyway. So, I'm far from petite, and I thought if it got warm enough to not wear my regular shoes, I could wear Bob's or something with the jeans she bought me if they fit. Well, as of this morning, they fit!! The scale still isn't moving, but I guess I've lost enough inches that these jeans fit, and since it's going to be warm today, I found some Bob's that will work with them. They are a little on the snug side, but there is no muffin top so....NSV for me!
Also, I decided that I was going to try and eat breakfast at home this morning instead of at my desk. I've been having a hard time getting my protein all in if I don't eat breakfast until 9am, and I was worried that eating much sooner would upset my pouch, but all is well, and I am hoping to get all of the intended protein and liquids in!
QOTD: We don't have Netflix, and we are always outside or busy doing other things, so I'm just wasting money paying for all the channels we actually do have.
Weight still at 204. Hissssss.
B: cottage cheese
S: salami, string cheese
L: venison sausage link
S: turkey, american cheese,
D: venison sausage link
V/L: two coffees down, vitamins started, pink lemonade flavored water throughout the day
E: Not sure right now. I think I'm getting a cold, so my energy levels have tanked.
Totals: 817 cal, 7 carb, 109 protein
Have a great day, folks!

Where on earth do you live that it is in the 70s today? And do you have a guest room? I'm on my way!
I live in the western part of Texas. We have four seasons, though. December, January, February and Summer.
Our weather is crazy.
This right here is no joke. We've seen 114 degree temps in the summer, but the next day, it snowed. No freaking joke.
