Thanks. Oddly that moment is likely a trigger for exercise for me, so I'm excited. I love to run and roller skate (the old fashioned dance kind, not the roller blade kind). Not sure I will be able to go long distances again, but who knows. In my life I've done about a dozen half marathons and finished the Pavvo Nurmi Marathon in Hurley Wisconsin (14 years ago). That was the stupidest thing I ever did, but it was fun. It's a marathon in the ski country of Wisconsin. The 18th mile to 19th mile is straight up a steep hill.

I freeze all meat that I cook... I weigh it out and put it in little containers. If I let them sit on my des****il it's time to eat them, they are defrosted and ready to heat up. Sometimes, with chicken, I'll put just a little water in there to keep it moister. Does the trick.

Good morning! Today has been a cluster, I took both mine and my husband's car keys. I got half way to work before he asked "Do you know where my keys are?" So back home I went, I was a half hour late to work.
QOTD: I LOVE JERKY! Beef, pork, chicken or turkey. I love it all!
Time since surgery: 2 1/2 years
B: Miralax latte (need some help since I'm not getting a lot of fiber) and a P3 with ham and cheddar

L: Still deciding, but likely a burger without the bun

D: pork chops and green beans (FINALLY Let's hope!)

I'm done 1.6 lbs in 2 days. I'm hoping the trend continues.
