Chicken Neck but 100lbs GONE YAY!!!!!!

I have lost 100lbs Yayyyy! still have a way to go but Im getting a bad chicken neck excess skin it looks terrible. My question is does anyone know of a good Face Cream that can help besides surgery not interested in that route.

Unfortunately, there isn't anything you can do to get rid of the excess skin, short of surgery. 

But, I have seen different people who swear by firming lotions, which might minimize the appearance? Im skeptical, and would rather keep my money for new clothes etc.

Ive also seen a number of people whose skin kinda evens out a few years post op. Not surgery smooth, but things redistribute over time.

There is a cream that the FDA just hasn't approved yet that apparently does miraculous things... only it's kind of like Cinderella for the night, it isn't a permanent fix, and only lasts for the day. 

I have a friend that is keeping a really close eye on it, so I know I'll know when it makes it to the States... thing is, it'll probably be so expensive, that having surgery might end up being cheaper!
