Its been 2 weeks since surgery for me. Everything is going well except it seems I have developed an aversion to milk.

I was struggling with protein shakes and water. I would have a premier protein shake and feel so nauseous, it was difficult to drink water afterwards.

I switched to lactose free milk and problem solved :) Added bonus is that Natrel lactose free has more protein than regular milk.

Be patient with your progress, time flies by before you know it !
