Soft foods
Moved into soft foods and finding I fill up quicker. The tastes are great and food is settling very well. I just can't get the calories in now. Any thoughts/ideas/suggestions are appreciated!

How much are you getting in? The grams of protein you get in is more important than calories. If your getting in enough of those you should be ok. At 4 weeks I was lucky to get in 350 calories.

I'm finally at about 60-70 g of protein per day, with 300-350 calories p/day. They want me at 400-600 calories, but my goodness I think I would expode! LOL
As long as that's your protein your fine. Don't worry about the calories.

Protein, protein, protein! Don't worry so much about the calories for now. Just get your protein and fluids in as best you can!

NOT getting calories is a good thing! Just make sure you get enough protein, and keep those calories low.
