I love the way you wore the same top but tied it up in the after pics. Can I steal that idea after I lose weight?

Of course you can!! I took pics every single month I'm that shirt on the 15th. It's the only way I could see a difference! (Body dysmorphia is a real thing...pics are the best way to see swhats true)

You are sooo correct. Pics are the best. SomeTimes I have to just see the body no head, to see what I think of me. THen I look at the whole photo.

Yep. I had serious body dysmorphia on my way up...never believed I was as big as I was...and same on the way down. It's crazy how the human brain works..:
