Looking super cute as always JB!
I'm studying today. I have an exam at 9 a.m on Tuesday. I have to be at the surgeon appt at 11:45 and the locations are 90 minutes apart. So I'm stressed but after waiting so long for this appointment I just couldn't say no.
I'm on best behaviour this weekend. I really don't want to do more than 2 weeks of optifast. Others have posted that this centre usually only gives out 2 weeks and they've also given the option to do other things besides opti. I'm down about 10 lbs overall and it should be more but it is what it is. I don't think this last ditch effort will help to much towards my appointment on Tuesday but I figure it can't hurt.
QOTD- I'd love to tell you guys I've learned tons of new stuff from this course I'm taking but not so much I'm working towards a designation called Chartered Insurance Professional. This is my 2nd last course. It's called Business of Insurance and it's very dry. Stuff I know but tons of memorizing ugh. Other than that my mind is drawing a blank. I'm sure I've learned more than a few things lately but they're all being crowded out by insurance stuff. I'm going to follow that thread JB.
Breakfast/brunch bacon and eggs - no toast
supper Pork chops -I'm cooking cauliflower and potatoes as well. But I'm going to stick to the pork chops.

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.
77 lbs lost and counting!
Losing the regain! I got this!
Sorry checking in so late today. We've been busy and this is the first chance I've had to really sit down and type a reply. I did get my manicure today which was nice and relaxing. I decided to pull the Christmas tree down and put it up (bought a pack of blue and silver bulb ornaments since we weren't taking down all of our Christmas crates/boxes from the rafters) and wrapped a few presents while John and Em went to see Rogue One (her ortho rented a whole theater)-so it looks a bit like Christmas now.
QOTD: I learned that there can be "cork board" under carpet padding... so yeah that was interesting to watch then scrape off.
Menu: B: latte, oatfit and turkey sausage L: Kind bar and a boiled egg S: latte, carbmaster yogurt, string cheese and carrots D: alabacore tuna melt and cottage cheese
Got in my 6 miles this morning and water/vits on track. Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend.
