What's on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
Hang gliding sounds awesome. I always find this interesting, but when I read your post I automatically went into fat-brain mode... I thought, I wonder if I would be too heavy to go hang gliding. Would the partner/instructor be able to hold on to me? I'm almost two years out and I still have these moments that hold me back. I've done this three times in the last month -- this post, a news story about horseback riding, and a show on indoor skydiving.

Good Morning! Cold here today, but it's December in New England so what else can I expect...lol
Something random, I have webbed toes, my 2nd and 3rd toes on both feet are webbed to about a 1/4 of an inch to the top. AND before you ask, I am a great swimmer but I don't think my toes have much to do with it!

It is miserably cold here today--17 right now so Lily and I didn't walk first thing this morning. We will do our 3.2 miles though after lunch when it has warmed a tiny bit. Random thing about me I am a certified lay speaker for the United Methodist Church and fill in for my pastor when he is gone for continuing education or vacation. I also sing and play the piano too. Post op 4 years 3.5 months and weight at 117.6 today. Here's the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 1 c chili D 31/2 oz strip steak 1/2 c green beans S P3 pack. So happy it is almost friday- busy weekend ahead, sunday is the choir performance and then there is a free yoga at this resort spa and it is sooo beautiful! Then i have an early bedtime since im flying to dayton very early monday morning. wish me luck for no snow or ice while im there. saturday is up in the air on what is happening. also have a bit of baking to do.
Scale is acting up- goes up 2 pounds then down again then up again. so annoying and waiting for that DROP to happen! My 1 year surgiversiary is on the 15th next week.
QOTD: hmmm- everyone knows I sing, make cards/jewelry, sell jamberry nail wraps. We have a spot in an antique store where I sell jewelry, maybe yall didn't know that. I love shopping and would do it as a full time job if I could. I have 4 dogs all chihuahua's. I figure 4 chihuahua make up one REAL dog so it works out. I love to cook/bake and I'm naturally a messy person but with some OCD tendencies like lining up cans/clothes in my closet a certain way. Not sure what that is about. I married a man I hated (met him when I was 13 and he teased me mercilessly for being shy (he was 8 years older and friends with my sisters)). He is wonderful and I'm very lucky I ran into him in the store that day and that I recognized him!
Yesterday I ate the leftover chicken salad I made/protein bar (I was running about), egg beaters/ham, carrots, and a CM yogurt
today i will have egg beaters, veggies, might make protein pancakes, and for dinner making chicken pot pie. canned chicken, cream of chicken soup, veggies, and biscuit topping for DH.
