Neck pain?

Had surgery on Monday and things are going pretty good. Home today, showered walking and sipping.. However my neck is killing me. Anyone else have neck pain after surgery? 

Some people get shoulder pain from the gas inside them... could be a version of that, or maybe some position in surgery or sleeping that is causing it...

I remember my back was killing me after surgery, but I think it was just sleeping in the hospital bed, one night at home and I felt much better...

I had lots of neck pain for the week following surgery. I think it was due to the awkward position I was sleeping in. I felt unable to move very much in bed for like the first two weeks so I was straight on my back with my beck bent :( it's seems to be a pretty common complaint. 

I had surgery Tuesday and I am having neck and back pain. A hot shower and someone running my back really helped. Also gentle stretching. I hope your feeling better soon! This recovery was more than I had anticipated.
