Peach Mango Tea
I was having a hard time getting my liquids in until I discovered sugar free peach mango tea. Plain water just wasn't cutting it. I've tried other brands of sugar free drinks, but I didn't care for them. So glad I found one that agrees with me. It's crazy how things you used to enjoy you no longer can tolerate to drink it.

I can't tolerate crystal light lemonade plain either. But if I put a splash of torani sugar free strawberry syrup into it I can tolerate it just fine. I'm sad though, my absolute favorite drink was green tea raspberry crystal light, and they even had it in the hospital! But now I associate that flavor with when I was struggling to drink in the hospital and if I even smell it, the nausea train pulls into the station:-/

It's really weird how things change so much for us after surgery. I just brought all my Star Kist Tuna packets to work to give away. Before my surgery I loved tuna, now I can't stand the smell of it, I gag. In my prepping stage I foolishly bought like 25 packets thinking I would eat them in my soft food stage, nope. Everything is so very different for me now. But soooo worth the sacrifice.
