I am so over the moon happy it went so well Mike, yahoo!  I am so jealous of your 7 weeks!  For sure you must negotiate that!!! I have 4 weeks of vacay and will get 5 in two more years, I can't wait! LOL

I have never had a Little Debbie but do talk to Grim I hear she was his girlfriend pre surgery shhhhh don't tell JB LOL LOL LOL kidding Grim & JB!!  I too had a crazy ass sweet tooth pre surgery, you saw my post about bday cake right, like an addict around that stuff LOL LOL

Although I don't drink your Vodka & water and Mio sounds good!  Bet it taste like Koolaid! LOL LOL

OMG OMG OMG 720 lbs!!! WHAT THE WHAT MIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is phenomenal, I am so proud you!! Holy crap man that is some strong legs you got there!  That must pay off big time in hockey, you must be a powerhouse on skates!  Dude that is wicked awesome!

You have some awesome kids, congrats on raising them so well to be such smart young men!

Hi Daisy and menu crew!

We are having amazing weather for November. Still wearing my fall jacket.  I was hoping that this would be the last season to wear this, but I've had a delay (as per my other post) so I won't be meeting the surgeon until January, and who knows when the surgery will be. 

I'm pre-op, so the QOTD doesn't really apply and my hubby does almost all the grocery shopping.  

B- 1 fried egg, 2 strips of bacon and sauted vegetables

L- Protein Shake

S- Still up in the air.

On another note- I'm down 11 lbs overall.

Its funny cuz I find it cold now!  I am so sorry about the delay, nothing worse than getting your heart set on something and being disappointed.  Trust me though, it took me 13 months from referral to surgery, and I am so glad it took 13 months, there is so damn much to learn, figure out, change, adapt, adjust to that now is the best time to mentally and emotionally get prepared.  TRUST ME. And you are doing really really awesome pre op, don't lose hope or focus.  You got this and if you need to talk cuz I did go through TWH PM me

Thanks. I came to a realization tonight though.  Regardless of what the reason is, if the surgeons aren't seeing anyone until the new year they aren't booking any surgeries. So this isn't a delay to my actual surgery date. Just a delay to when I find out what that date is. At least that's what I'm telling myself. 

And thank you. I appreciate that. We have to meet up sometime. ?

QOTD:  Thankfully too early for bad habits if you don't count the episodes I had with foods I could mash with a fork.  My pouch only lets me eat a small amount of food.  I am grateful for that.

B:  Premier Protein vanilla with coffee and sf Torani Pumpkin syrup

L:  Pure Protein protein bar

D:  taco salad

S:  babybel cheese, calcium x2

No totals today.  I had a hard time getting up to face the day.  Being a gay fat woman in America is tough today.
