Are keto strips useful?

THX but that cost is for Ketostrips for urine testing.

The blood test strips are really expensive.

I have a meter from before I had WLS, and ins did not cover the testing for Ketosis, only blood sugar.

I no longer have to take any diabetic meds, but testing my ketosis with the strips once in a while with strips I have left.

It would be interesting to test with both the blood and the urine strips and see how much difference that is between them.
