NSV's and SV's~ post them here!
Today's NSV's... Riding the parachute ride with my son...last time our combined weight was too high and we had to ride separately.
Knowing I could easily ride any ride in the park without someone having to struggle to buckle me in. (But I'm still a chiken and didn't do any coasters).
My DH, on the other hand could only ride 1 ride- and had to leave another because the belt wouldn't buckle. Ugg-- I don't even think he realizes that's was my reality all these years-- he's oblivious.
Other NSV-- I'm in a size 12-- that was my goal size!! My stretch goal is a 10-- but that's it for me- no desire for single digit sizes. Now if only the scale would hit a damn goal, mini or long term, all would be right in my world.

5'6.5" High weight:337 Lowest weight:193/31 BMI: Goal: 195-205/31-32 BMI
I never had single digit clothing as a goal- but it happened...

That's a bunch of great wins Chassidy!
I ran into someone last weekend on vacation yhat I haven't seen since before surgery. It took him a couple of minutes to realize who I was. Being almost four years out of surgery, I don't encounter that kind of issue any more, so I had forgotten what it was like.

The NSV that never gets old to me is being able to run up and down the stairs in my house without thinking about it....

I used to plan every single trip up and down stairs. I would never go up or down two flights of stairs without carrying as much as I could. It was just too rough on my knees to waste a trip empty handed.

I'll be honest, I had only been in my basement a handful of times in the 4 years we lived here before surgery. If I needed something from there I'd send my hubby or my kid. and my hubby did all the laundry because getting up and down there was just too much for me. I still sometimes send my kid down for me, but mostly because I love bossing him around, lol
Exactly!

I haven't lost that much weight yet, but when I do I really look forward to this. As it is now, I sigh when I have to go upstairs... it's not space we use a lot, but my husband's home office is up there, which means our printer is up there... When I'm setting up showings for homes I have to print a lot... I HATE it when I mess up and have to print 4-5 times before I get all the homes lined up right.
One of these days maybe I'll print each showing and just bounce up those stairs... and still not be out of breath!

There are so many... I am truly grateful and blessed and so so happy. I literally got rid of everything in my closet...everything! I gave about 10 garbage bags full to goodwill. My amazing sister sent me a large suitcase full of size med & large. I have a huge new wardrobe. I wore a dress for the first time in over a decade; I cried at my reflection in the mirror. I have my face back. I can walk up stairs. I walk up to 5km everyday. I can cross my legs. I don't have to worry about fitting behind a steering wheel, in a booth, on a ride, on a plane, etc. I don't have back, knee, joint, foot pain anymore. I don't snore. My health is amazing and I've never felt better.

We went out to eat with my aunt this weekend. I've lost 44 pounds so far. When I went to sit in the booth it was a tight-ish fit (the girls were almost touching the table). I panicked realizing that had we eaten there 8 weeks ago, I probably wouldn't have fit!
