First I want to say thanks AV on the Quest Bar link, I got mine yesterday in the mail! I love getting packages :)
It's been pretty rainy here as well, but right now it's 50! For February in Michigan that's incredible, I'll take it! I got a pretty massive headache last night and into this AM but I'm not sure if it's the weather or work. Probably a bit of both...

Also, I just had a thought. I've been having mild gastrointestinal issues for a week now! TMI to say I've been pooping everyday, which is unusual. Today my stomach is jacked up, and I'm starting to think it's because I started to eat Quest bars everyday. While they don't have enough sugar alcohol to hurt me after one, I think the constant barrage of SA is wreaking havoc on my digestion. Blah.
I feel like I have similar issues with my stomach but tends to be when I have more whey protein rather than eating the protein like chicken or turkey etc.
Im going to try to test it out to see if it is when I have more whey protein. My nutritionist thinks that could be the cause and suggested I try eating more whole proteins.
We shall see. Hope you feel better.

Oh man! I haven't gotten my bars yet! Emily got hers yesterday too. Jealous!

Rainy here today too. I had such a hard time getting out of bed today-- I really loathe my job (I love my career, just hate current role). I have jury duty tomorrow and I'm praying I get picked-- how sad is that?? Hell I'd even volunteer if they let me. Please let em get a nice LONG trial!
