AV, that's just too much stuff for me. You are supermom!
I know that I did stuff on Saturday, and I'm sitting here wracking my brain and I can't for the life of me remember what I did. Oh, I remember, I didn't do a damn thing. We walked to the park on Saturday morning and played on the playground until lunchtime, then walked home. I dropped my cell phone when we were leaving and didn't realize it until we were at the park, so I panicked. My husband stayed at the park while I power walked back the way I came. It was in the driveway of my neighbors house, where I bent over to give my kiddo a kiss in his stroller. I power walked back to the park, so I got a good 2 mile walk in.
The big news is that I have a new nephew. He was born on Saturday 11/14 via c-section. He weighed 7lbs and was 20.75 inches long at 35 weeks! That's a big boy. Mom and baby were doing really rough at first, since he ended up with the cord wrapped around his neck and was born blue. But he bounced back quickly, though my sister had a rougher time of it and was still under observation yesterday. She looked a lot better, and we got to go visit. it looks like they are happy with how baby is doing, and he was released from NICU with no issues. My sister should be released to the regular maternity ward today, and she'll likely go home tomorrow or Wednesday.
Here's a pic of me with baby Declan Luke Klotz.
Okay, turtle necks... yes. Well, I actually hadn't worn once since surgery, since it's just now getting cold, and I don't actually own any that fit me. I "think" I might be down to an XL, maybe depending on the cut, but I haven't bought any new clothes. I am just wearing old things that have been shoved on corners for years. My new jeans are falling off of me, lol. I'll be going shopping in a few weeks and I'll pick up a turtle neck in your honor AV.
Food:
B: Strawberry cheesecake light and fit, coffee with sf cream
L: chicken ricotta meatballs in sauce. I just made this recipe up last night, haven't actually tasted it yet.
D: shrimp and zucchini with garlic and butter
S: cottage cheese, laughing cow and a few crackers

I'm back on track with my vitamins. I went out this weekend and bought some iron and calcium (non chewable mini pills). I'd already started taking my multi daily, because I had some from before surger, but I just couldn't bring myself to chew up those nasty chewables. I hate that I waste so much money trying different things and now I'm just back to regular old vitamins.
Congratulations Auntie Deanna! He's precious. And yay, I have someone on my turtleneck side! LOL
