Good morning all!  I'm tired just looking at everything you did this weekend AV!  Slow down girl!  My weekend was good other than locking my keys in the trunk of my car.  Oy!  Like I have stated before, my husband lost both our spare sets so my only option was calling roadside assistance.  So, we get Hyundai Roadside assistance free with our car for the first 50,000 miles.  THEY WERE AWESOME!  Kind, compassionate and quick!  I called and in under an hour I was back in my car.  I love my Hyundai Elantra (our second) and would totally continue to recommend these cars! (Enough of my endorsements)

Turtlenecks... I haven't worn one since surgery.  I LOVE COWL Necks!!  I have a million of those :)

NO. NO, don't choke me!! I'm too hot, where are the sissors? No I don't care for stuff around my neck.  I do wear the droopy necklines that have a lot of material and look messy (can't think of the name for the life of me).

I went to two OA meetings last week, and tried to stay out of the house during the early evening to help the night-time eating.  I went to a TOPS meeting (Take off Pounds Sensibily) and ate a protein bar during a bingo game--does that show a need for OA??

3 months post surgery

B: Shake & coffee

L: 2oz hamburger & blue cheese (at bar w/girlfiends)

D: spinach/feta/oatmeal Meatballs & spagetti squash

S: Carbmaster yogurt, grapes, 2 hardboiled eggs

Calories: 762, Protein:90, Carbs 32

I really like putting my foods in MFP before the day starts. Even when I don't post them on OH, I still do the MFP. It seems like so much food in the morning when I'm not hungry. If I wait till evening to put data in MFP, it seems like so little food.  Have a great day!

Weekends are always SO BUSY for us also!!  Sometimes I need to go to work to get a "break" HAHAH

I am not a huge fan of having stuff around my neck, so I am not a huge turtleneck person.  But they always sound nice in theory.  Especially now that I am cold all the damn time!

So my big victory for the weekend, after bouncing up and down 2 pounds for the last 9 weeks... all of a sudden I dropped 2 1/2 pounds this weekend. I was starting to think that was never going to happen. Also went out and bought my first pair IN MY LIFE size 10 jeans. Woop! Woop!  I am going to wear them today. Just finished my 21-day-fix cardio day.

On the good news/bad news route... found out last week I have a hernia... good news is it is pushing me into looking at the skin removal plastic surgery because if I am going to do it, it makes sense to do it together. (One surgery, one recovery) ... still a big if... but I need to investigate.

Also found out at the doc's that my protein is low... even though I usually get at least 80-90g. So I think I am going back to adding plain protein powder to things.

B: Homemade Protein Pudding (SF jello pudding made with fairlife milk,  30g additional protein from plain protein powder, benefiber)

S: Inspire Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

L: Buffalo chicken Salad, salad

D: Meat sauce, spinach and garlic

S: ?? if needed

Exercise: 21 day fix - done!

Believe it or not I was surprised I actually had one because while I have some pain, not a lot. For once my fat came in handy though because it is blocking the hole..so my intestines haven't actually come out.
