Yum Starbucks BOGO. How long does at last? My thursday is going well. I got about 5" cut off my hair. I really like it and am thankful that I never lost any after my RNY. Have a great evening everyone.

Deana I hope you are an auntie again. I looked for you today at my 3 month checkup. Since our surgeries and 2 week followup were on the same date, I thought you would be there today. I tried on about 10 outfits to see which one I looked thinner in, all for you :)
I was out of the house early this morning, but I did plan a menu last night on MFP and I stuck to it. It is mostly a repeat of yesterday.
My 3 month labs were great.
Age 61 5'4" Consult-6/2/15: 238 SW-8/4/15: 210 CW:145 (6/30/18) M1-16#, M2-17#, M3-14#, M4-10#, M5-6#, M6-5#, M7-1#, M8 -3# Range 133-138 DexaScan 4/16/17 19% body fat---- 2016 wt avg 142-146, 2017, wt. avg 132-136, 2018 avg weight 144-146 bounce back is real.
Aww, mine is next week. I was hoping they would group them all again.
I'm so glad your labs were good. Mine are all okay, but my iron is a little low. I guess I'll need to take a pill for that.
