I tried a sip of the peppermint mocha last year, I am not a coffee drinker, I didnt really like it!

So I went to Urgent Care for my wrist last night, my parent's watched the kids.  Sprained......ggrrrrr  I was told to wear a brace, put it in a sling and not use it at all for a while.  I just laughed and laughed and laughed.  I have 4 kids, one of which who is still in diapers.  I also have a full time job, where I type, answer phones, etc etc etc....and I am right handed....guess which wrist it is...YUP my right!!  I can't afford to not work, and I still need to take care of my kids...sooooo yeah

I am glad you got it checked out. Hope wearing a brace at least gives it some support (and relief for the pain).

Here is the story of boots and Sarah that you never wanted to know. When I was a teenager Pretty Woman came out. And remember her boots. So any non snow boot that came up past the mid-calf were labeled "hooker boots" by us silly teenagers. It stuck with me and I didn't realize that it was completely a local thing and not everyone relates them to hookers until very recently when I finally got up the nerve to ask my mom why she bought a pair of hooker boots. Let me tell you she is still laughing about it.

Unless you grew up in the same town as me, calling them hooker boots is not a local thing. All the teenagers were I grew up did that to.

That is probably more of a generational thing than a region thing.

AV, I got some Click Mocha yesterday that I am sipping on it right now. All I can say is OMG, this is good stuff. Do you normally just use water with it, and do you have it warm or cold? I am having it hot with water, but just seeing what you've tried.

I had my 3 month blood draw yesterday and the results are back today and all I can say is WAAHOOO! I'm excited to go for my follow up next week, because I'm killing this weight loss surgery thing. I seriously want to stand up and sing in the middle of the office. maybe we'll have a showtunes type of day. But, alas, my singing voice would probably get me fired.

I may have to leave work early today (poor me, right?) because my sister in law who is pregnant is in the hospital. She's 35 weeks and her blood pressure shot up to 170/95 yesterday, and so they kept her and medicated her. Well, my mother in law watches my youngest and she will have to go to the hospital. They are keeping her longer because once the meds wore off this morning she shot back up to 190/90's. Please everyone pray for this little baby. I've been so excited about his arrival, and now I'm a bit nervous. I have both of my boys early (oldest at 35 weeks and youngest at 38) so I know that it doesn't mean the worst, but it's still scary. She decided to call the baby Declan, so please pray for Sara and Declan.

Okay, down to the nitty gritty:

B: Caramel Apple Pie light and fit, click mocha

L: boneless chicken breast, steamed broccoli and brown rice (just a bite)

D: Sauteed shrimp with zucchini, onions and garlic with a tiny bit of butter. This is my go to.

S: Triple Zero yogurt, mary's gone herb crackers and a laughing cow

Totals

Cal 720 Protein 87 Carbs 64 Fat 11

Oh, I also had Trader Joe's Sweet Italian Sausage for dinner last night. I have to say, I think it was the best tasting sausage I've ever had in my entire life. Not joking.

Just got word that they ate inducing her today.  So excited,  but I'm still at work.  My father in law is watching my youngest while grandma goes to the hospital.  I told him to call me of he wants to go up or the baby drives him too crazy.

I'm so excited.  Prayers for a quick easy delivery and a healthy baby and mom.
