1 month post op and loving life
It's been almost 5 weeks since surgery and down 44lbs already. It's amazing how small things like buying pants fitting differently in a chair and having some meds decreased can put a tear of happiness in your eye and mske u walk a lil bit taller.
First week after surgery was hard but not complaining because I now look forward to tomorrow and am so happy I didn't let my nerves stop my decision. Talking with people on here kept my spirits high and today am on my way towards my goal weightloss.
Wondering if it's normal to not be able to make the 100grams of protein each day? Trying to come up with new foods but this is where I'm struggling right now.
My program minimum is 60 grams per day. At 6 months out I am easily getting that amount in every day. I have to stay within a certain calorie range per day as well, 600-800, so trying to get 100 grams would be hard for me while staying in my calorie range.
Good luck!

I have yet to achieve 100 grams of protein. I usually average 70-80.
