Vitamin Deficiencies. Do you have them?
After 12 years I was having issues with B12, Iron and vitamin D. I too was not taking my sups, no excuses There were so many of them and I got busy with life. When I started taking the patches it really helped my labs. I added a B12, prescribed D and taking liquid iron daily. Last labs show I am on track with the exception of D and taking another round of heavy duty doses.
