The Chai Latte Fit Frappe changed my life. I order them in bulk now.
Love the pic, love the coat. I got by with baggy winter coats last year, but this year I got 2 new ones! So excited. Got a Michael Kors wool one at Nordstrom Rack and a Columbia Down Jacket at Kohls with my 30% coupon.... Can't wait to wear them.

you are so gorgeous Nikki! I am totally jealous of your coat, that is exactly the cut and colour I would pick for myself! And I LOVE your brown boots! The capital building is beautiful but you totally steal the show in this pic. Keep up your awesome work!
Jealous of your Fit Frappe, I can't find it in Canada and have yet to find a website that ships it here! Boo! ha ha Enjoy your Starbucks BOGO, my weakness is Grande Skinny Caramel Machiato (sp?)!!!!
The Low Carb Grocery in Toronto has the Fit Frappe line of products. If they don't have a flavour that you want they will get it in for you. They are in the Markham area. I have ordered the Vanilla Latte, the Mocha Latte and I am going to try the Chai Latte. If you order $100+ they will ship anywhere in Canada for free.

Thank you CC! I didn't know that. I will for sure check out the Markham store next time I am out that way. Appreciate you letting me know as I am always looking for new protein shakes and often items won't ship to Canada. Thanks again for the recommendation!!

Good Morning! I am still fighting this cold-went home from work early yesterday to try and sleep it off and since my daughter was home from school we laid in bed and watched Hallmark channel movies in between naps. Only thing on the agenda for the weekend is getting my hair trimmed up tomorrow, I am going to a different stylist so wish me luck. I have not heard of Aldi but sounds like a jackpot!

Have a great one!
My sister in law is still in the hospital and her blood pressure is really out of control. They are escalating the induction, and I'm hoping she has the baby today. I went to see her last night and she is tired and stuck in a hospital bed. Her bp was 180/93 when I was there, and that was with IV meds and oral meds.
I was supposed to go to an Easter Michigan University football game tomorrow, but since this baby is going to be born this weekend and my babysitter for the event (grandma of the new baby) will likely be unavailable, I get to skip out on it. I say GET to skip out, because I didn't really want to go in the cold anyway. I'll stay home with my toddler and get some housework done and try to get my house uncluttered for the birthday party next weekend. My baby will be 2 next Saturday. Here is a pic of him eating his cheerios this morning.
Food for today:
B: Chocolate Raspberry Light and Fit (meh) and 1/2 a click mocha.
L: grilled chicken taco salad with salsa and sour cream
D: Rotisserie Chicken, mashed potatoes (just a bite) and steamed cauliflower
S: Smoked ham w/ a laughing cow, and laughing cow with Mary's Gone Herb crackers

Have a wonderful weekend all!
