not sure yet- Going back on nov 11th for my last '6 month' visit, then they are filing insurance.

I lost 40 lbs before surgery and was glad I did - less to lose afterwards. Plus I think it made adjusting to post-surgery eating a lot easier, I think - it wasn't as radical a change as it would have been otherwise.

Perfectly normal. My surgeon required a two-month supervised nutrition program which I followed to a tee. Since I started at 439 pounds, eating a balanced, normal-calorie diet for a couple months resulted in nearly 50 pounds dropped. The whole team was thrilled.
