NSV at the doctor's office

I saw my PCP this morning for an ingrown toenail, and while I was there, she made some updates to my problem list in my medical record. She completely removed obesity and hypertension from the list -- my BP in the office was 102/62 unmedicated, and my current BMI is 27.5. She said one more A1c as good as the last two have been and she'll take diabetes off too.

Seeing the number on the scale go down and wearing smaller clothes is novel and fun, but this was a great reminder of the real reason I did this and what's really at stake.

That's awesome! Congrats :D

Can't wait for those conditions to be removed from my records too!

...wondering how you could have a BP of only 102/62 with the pain of ingrown toenail...crazy pain! When it heals, dance in celebration of your NSV's...congrats.
