What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning! All day yesterday I was like "I feel like I'm forgetting something". It was this post, you guys. I remembered at like 4 o'clock. Derp.
I'm on a carb detox. LOL Well, not really. I'm going to try and keep my intake below 50 this week and see how that goes. Carbs and I are having an affair and I need to break it off.
Time since surgery: 15+ months
B: coffee, Hood 4% cottage cheese and my last four 34 degree crackers
S: Turkey pepperoni and a LC wedge
L: Buffalo chicken salad with pork rinds and a cheese stick
D: Turkey kielbasa with sauerkraut and 3 mini pierogies. Yes, (delicious) pierogie carbs. What am I, a nun? LOLOL
TOTALS: Cals: 900 Protein: 96 Carbs: 42 Fat: 39

Thank goodness eveything is ok! I worry about everyone when they don't check in on here (damn motherhood). I hear you on the carb detox! I was set up to do so well yesterday and then I FAILED! I had twizlers (my evil nemesis), aussie licorice, mini almond Snickers, and PB chocolate cookies. It was one of the worst days I have had in a long time. Today will be better, I will succeed today!
For those of you that do protein coffee: Do you prefer Chike or Click? Or something else?

Stupid Halloween candy. They're out to trick you, those candy people. Did you know a single fun size Snickers is 80 calories? They should call it "no fun" size.

I'm a click mocha girl, too. Or sometimes I just add a small scoop of Unjury to my regular coffee.
Today will be better, you got this!! For some reason when my husband came to bed (at about 10) he woke me up and I was all shaky and had a cold sweat (when I have had this before I determined it was because I had eaten too many carbs at one seating but I couldn't think of what I ate that may have caused it) but anyhow I had to get out of bed and eat some peanut butter on some flat out bread-I wasn't a happy camper.
I am a Chike girl, through and through! I think I had a Chike shake every day for a year, no joke. It mixes so well with water and ice in a shaker cup and I am such a fan. I get it on amazon. YUM.
Sorry to hear the Halloween candy got you. I work from home which means no access to that candy. I am not sure I could stand strong faced with it so I am thankful to not go into an office (though I am here today but no candy that I can see - phew!)
