Losing TOO much weight!
Hello: I got the same issues; RNY-WLS Feb-2013. I try to make sure I get a little extra food in to keep things ok; calorie range 900-1500 daily. My goal weight was 124.... I am averaging 115 most days. The lowest so far has been 112 (5' 2"). I make sure I get three meals in and that I check the nutritional and caloric values to make sure I am getting what I should be getting. I do not exercise hard core but I am really active, and I really make sure I get some rest too. I make sure I do not skip meals and foods or vitamins throughout the day; daily. Blessing are that I have not been sick since surgery date, just drama from the affects of loosing weight and people drama.... goes with the territory. I really worked... still work on pumping the breaks on loosing weight from the WLS.
