I have had the opposite issue I seem to get mine every two weeks starting from the day after surgery!!! It's been nuts! The last time it actually lasted for 2 weeks. What I have learned is that hormones are stored in our fat cells and as we loose weight it sends our hormones crazy, I would considered yourself blessed that yours has gone away so far! My friend actually lost her period during her losing phase so I guess it is different for all of us. As other people say on this site, check in with your physician about it next time you see them.

P.S. How did you get your MyFitness Pall ticker displayed on your signature? I am so annoyed that the Obesity Help site ticker doesn't work and then I keep trying but I keep seem to get Myfitness Pal ticker to display signature, any help would be great!

I just copied and pasted it into my signature bar and when I loose weight I update it in myfitnesspal.com and it automatically updates it on here. Cool App.

Im wondering if the surgery sent me into menopause? Weird.

You're so lucky! My surgery was September 28th. I had my period a week to 10 days before that and have had it 3 times since. Such a pain!
